Kids Boxing & Kickboxing

Looking for something to put your kids in to burn some extra energy, build confidence and learn self defense? Look no further! We have a dedicated and passionate team of coaches who are here to nurture, empower and mentor your little Spartan Warriors on their path to greatness. In this 45-minute class, we teach your child fundamentals and technique with precision and care while still making it fun for them to learn!


  • 45-minutes 

  • Minimum age: 5 years old

  • Kids MUST be accompanied by parent/guardian


This class is a fusion of fitness, fighter technique and fun that’ll have your heart pumping in no time. We cover a blend of basics in Muay Thai, K1 and Dutch Kickboxing. Among its many benefits, participating in this helps improve coordination, reaction time, and memory. Whether you're just starting out or have some experience, we cater to everyone.

Adult Boxing & Kickboxing

This class is sure to become your next obsession. It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Join us for this class and train your way to a healthy body and mind! With 60 minutes of high intensity interval training that involves punching and kicking, we’re here to prove that we can maximize your potential with emotional and physiological fitness. This class is for our members 13 and older. 

  • 60 minutes

  • All levels - minimum age is 13 unless approved by coaches

Advanced Boxing 

This class is for members looking to expand their skills or potentially compete. It entails partner drills, defensive and offensive techniques, mitt work, strength and conditioning, and sparring (not required).

**Due to more contact, coach's approval is required**
